Maybe you have little squares of paint scattered on the walls of your home, and not for art’s sake or a mural in progress! Color can be elusive; what appears one way on a tiny piece of paper will look totally different on your walls. And color is really the foundation for any room- it grounds the space and surrounds every inch of art, lighting and textiles to give off the “feel” of a room. No pressure, right?!
Spruce Interiors is run by artists; we’re trained in color theory and can walk your through the process of how a color can calm you, make you hungry, or want to run a marathon. Through the exploration of your style via home tour or photographs, we will find colors that make your home feel cohesive and authentic.
Color consulting
Handpicked colors chosen to aesthetically enhance your spaces. We also offer exterior color consulting; we chose colors based on your personal style and the history/style of your home. You receive color swatches and a list of suggested products and paint sheens.
Project consulting
For both residential and commercial spaces, this is for the person and/or business who wants to polish the look of their space. This is a top-to-bottom service: every element is considered from hardware to fabric coverings. Topics include (but not limited to) lighting placement, furniture placement, color, and cohesive design concepts. This service is great for office spaces, home staging, and renovation projects.
Virtual consulting
Get that Spruce experience wherever you are. Just like the in-person experience, we use Skype/Facetime and email to swap images and ideas about your style and color needs. You’ll fill out a questionnaire for us to get the ball rolling and we will present two color families/options for your space(s). Color swatches are mailed to you along with a list of suggested product and paint sheens.
